About me

Sitting in the apartment during the pandemic as we all did, made me realise that I had been to lots of different countries and seen lot of amazing things but never once took any photographs everything was just stored in my head. so I made the decision to go out and buy myself a camera with a kit lens.

I knew little or nothing about photography and like most people I went out and snapped away at almost everything I saw and to be quite honest 99% of the photographs were rubbish.

It wasn’t until I was back in the UK on a family holiday in the lake district that I finally realised my love for walking and the outdoors coupled with my new found passion for photography was the direction I wanted to take with my photography. I have over the years pushed myself to learn as much as I can watching light and the seasons, studying land and sky to show scale, texture, and mood in one frame.

As a landscape photographer I rise before dawn or stay until after dusk to catch subtle tones, I carry only essential gear to stay agile, I use technical skills such as composition, exposure, focus stacking, alongside emotional sensitivity to honour the scene. these images invite viewers to pause, explore, and reconnect with nature.
